Where Can I use my Card?

How do I know how much is on my Card?

I don’t think I can use my card before its expiry date:

We know that the last few years have made it tricky & we’re happy to extend our expired gift card voucher for an additional 6 months, providing they’ve expired within the last 3 months. If your gift card hasn’t yet expired please wait until it has to contact us so we’re able to get this extended

My card has expired:

If your card has expired within the last 3 months we are able to extend it for another 6 months for you to be able to redeem it on an upcoming visit. Unfortunately anything that expired outside of this timeframe will have been archived by our system and we will be unable to honour an extension

Terms & Conditions:

The value on the Restaurant Gift Card can be used as full or part payment at any of our participating restaurants.

Please note that Belgo, La Tasca and La Vina are no longer redemption partners on this card.

The monies on the card cannot be exchanged for cash.

Any remaining balance will be stored on the card and may be used to pay for any future purchase.

The gift card is valid for 24 months from the date the card had funds applied to it, or the date it was last spent.

Any balance left on the card after 24 months will be cancelled.

You should treat this card as cash – it cannot be replaced if lost.

This card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the card at reasonable notice.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
